Annual competition show, in-person and streamed. Format had shifted significantly year over year — remote team count tripled, remote judges doubled. Show caller missed rehearsals. Stage manager and I ran them.
- Carried institutional knowledge from the previous year, advising on how format changes affected execution
- Worked with the video engineer on windowing and visual layout for the hybrid format
- Advised on signal flow, streaming setup, and captions integration
- Coordinated with remote presenters on technical setup and communication protocols
- Advanced remote presenter decks on verbal or visual cue — complicated by significant language barriers

Full ballroom general session. Speaker was already on stage when an updated deck came in — wrong format for the system, needed conversion before it could run. Converted on the fly, staged, and got it up while the session was underway.
